1. Contract Purpose

This document sets out the terms and conditions for purchasing the video course (hereinafter referred to as the "Course"), which has a duration of 12 months. The video lessons are pre-recorded and include sheet music and instructions in PDF format, as well as MP3 files with different speeds for practicing exercises. For theoretical lessons, in addition to the PDF texts, audio recordings of the full lessons are available. For lessons in English, PDFs with transcriptions of the tutorial videos are provided. The lessons will be released progressively on a monthly basis through the selected distribution system.

2. Course Access Method

The buyer will receive access to video lessons gradually, month by month, regardless of the chosen payment method (installments or one-time payment). This progression is strategically designed to ensure effective and structured learning.
Access to lessons is subject to regular installment payments according to the selected program level.

3. Program Levels and Included Services

Different participation levels are available, each granting full access to the Course. The difference between levels lies in the number of live support lessons included in the package.

• BASE Level – access to the video course without support lessons.
• BRONZE Level – access to the video course plus 1 monthly support lesson.
• SILVER Level – access to the video course plus 2 monthly support lessons.
• GOLD Level – access to the video course plus 4 monthly support lessons.

The buyer must select the desired level at the time of registration and accept the corresponding conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made in monthly installments or in a single payment (with a discount equivalent to two monthly installments). Installment payments do not constitute a subscription but rather a division of the total Course cost. Payments can be made via PayPal (including credit card payments), while bank transfer is available exclusively for one-time payments.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the payment date, without providing any justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a written request to the email address provided on the website. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the purchase.

6. Suspension and Loss of Access

Failure to pay an installment will result in immediate suspension of Course access, including lessons already viewed. Access will be restored only after settling overdue payments.

7. Free Access Area

The website offers a Free Area with content accessible upon registration.

• To access, the user must provide name, surname, email, and phone number.
• The collected data will be processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
• Access to free content does not grant ownership rights over materials, which cannot be copied, shared, or distributed to third parties.
• The website owner reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Free Area at any time, without prior notice.

8. User Responsibilities and Obligations

• The user agrees not to share educational content with third parties.
• The materials are strictly for personal use and solely for learning purposes.
• Flamenco Facile is not responsible for technical access issues caused by the user.

9. Permanent Access and Updates

Once all installment payments have been completed, the buyer will obtain permanent access to the Course, including future updates at no additional cost.
Extra lessons not included in the purchased package may be bought separately.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Course organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
Any changes will not affect purchases already made.

11. Jurisdiction

In case of disputes regarding the interpretation and execution of this contract:

• If the buyer is a consumer, the competent jurisdiction will be their place of residence or domicile.
• If the buyer is a business or professional, the competent jurisdiction will be the registered office of the website owner.

12. Contract Acceptance

By purchasing the Course, the buyer declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservations.
